About Shauna
Shauna L. Hartman joined Armstrong Simpson in 2003 after practising at a major Vancouver law firm, and practises in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, natural resources, and corporate law. She has assisted companies with initial public offerings, private placements, exchange listing applications, reverse take-overs, corporate restructurings, mergers, take-over bids, property acquisitions, and joint ventures. Shauna earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University, studied law at the University of British Columbia, and obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2001. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2002 and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and its Securities subsection.
