About Shaun
Shaun MacIsaac is a founding member and principal of PMR Law (Pittman MacIsaac & Roy) in Calgary. He practises in corporate, commercial, foreclosure, insolvency, and taxation and transfer pricing matters, and has conducted over 120 trials. He was lead litigation counsel in the transfer pricing case Alberta Printed Circuits Ltd. v. Her Majesty The Queen, decided by the Tax Court of Canada in 2011. Called to the Alberta bar in 1980, he earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 1978 and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2011. Shaun chairs the Legal Archives Society of Alberta and has served as past chair of the Alberta Bar's Civil Litigation Section and the Canadian Bar's Foreclosure Section.
