About Dennis
Dennis Kuckertz practises primarily in corporate and personal tax planning, including corporate reorganizations. He earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, and before law school worked in the tax group of an international accounting firm in Edmonton, where he obtained his CPA designation. During law school he received several academic awards, including the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society Prize in Corporate Taxation. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2025 and is fluent in German.
