About Shaun
Shaun Parker's practice covers employment and labour matters, spanning both advocacy and the corporate side of the field. His work regularly involves employment litigation, workplace compliance advice and employment issues arising in M&A transactions. He has appeared before courts in Alberta and the British Columbia Supreme Court, as well as several administrative tribunals, and has served as lead counsel at trial on a number of matters, including injunctions involving restrictive covenants and Anton Piller orders. His practice also extends to matters in the defence, security and aerospace sector.
