About Shaun

Shaun Fluker has a public interest litigation practice and has appeared as counsel before regulatory tribunals and all levels of court in Alberta, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also a Professor of Law at the University of Calgary and has written extensively on energy, environmental, and administrative law in Canada. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 1992, his LLB from the University of Victoria in 1995, and a Master of Laws from the University of Calgary in 2004, and was called to the Alberta bar in September 1996.
