About Shadi

Shadi Varkiani works with public and private companies and their investors on a range of corporate transactions. Her practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also helps clients navigate continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance questions, and reorganizations, along with other corporate and securities law requirements.
