About Shane

Shane Wagner practises criminal defence, civil litigation, family law, real estate, wills and estates, and corporate law. He joined the firm in 2007 as an articling student and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2008, having earned his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Shane was born and raised in Shaunavon and volunteered as publicity director for the Law Students' Association during law school. He received the Public Legal Education Association's Cam Partridge Memorial Volunteer of the Year award in 2012 and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association's Justice W. Frank Gerein Memorial Award in 2018 for his contributions to the legal community. He is a current member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, served as district governor for the Yorkton area for eight years, volunteers with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan, and has helped coach the Yorkton Regional High School's mock trial team.
