Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionRonald Balacko earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1970, a Bachelor of Commerce with honours in 1972, and his LL.B. in 1975, all from the University of Manitoba. He articled with the Milliken and Rusnak law firm and was admitted to the Saskatchewan bar in 1976, becoming a partner of Rusnak Balacko Kachur Rusnak in 1978. He has appeared before every level of court in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, as well as the Tax Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. Ronald was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2011 and was a founding member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the American Association for Justice. He has taught law classes through Parkland College and the Public Legal Education Association and is a past president of the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce and the Yorkton Rotary Club.
