Ronald was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2011 and was a founding member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the American Association for Justice. He has taught law classes through Parkland College and the Public Legal Education Association and is a past president of the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce and the Yorkton Rotary Club.
