About Michelle

Michelle McCrea maintains a general legal practice focused on real estate transactions, wills and other estate planning documents, estate administration, and family law matters such as separation and divorce. She has advocated for clients and conducted trials in Provincial Court and the Court of King's Bench, and she is a qualified mediator who assists clients in resolving disputes outside of the court process. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts with honours and a J.D., both from the University of Saskatchewan. Originally from Saskatoon, she now calls Yorkton home and serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Yorkton United FC soccer club. She is included on the Recognized Family Mediators List of Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
