About Randy

Randy Kachur graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 1978. He articled with then Court of King's Bench Justice James Milliken and Wayne Rusnak, and has practised law in Yorkton since 1979, becoming a partner of the firm in January 1983. He was named Queen's Counsel in 2013. Randy's general practice emphasizes civil litigation and labour relations, and he has appeared before every level of court in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, along with various administrative boards and tribunals including the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission, and the Pension Appeals Board. He has also served as counsel before, and sat as arbitrator on, boards of arbitration. Randy is a past SaskTel board member and has held executive roles with the Yorkton & District Chamber of Commerce, the Yorkton Curling Club, the Yorkton Sunrise Lions Club, the Yorkton Minor Sports Association, and the Yorkton Cardinals Baseball Club.
