About Seth

Seth joined Preszler Law in 2017 after nearly seven years at a national insurance defence firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2009 and was called to the BC bar in 2010 and the Alberta bar in 2024. He also holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights Law from Central European University, and his practice includes sexual assault claims, motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and long-term disability.
