About Eris

Eris Ritcey is an associate at Phillips Barristers, focusing her practice on human rights matters, civil litigation and class actions. She completed her articling term at the firm and has since built a name for herself as a dedicated litigator. Before earning her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, she gained significant experience in legal coordination and project management working in the public sector. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from Carleton University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. Eris belongs to the Toronto Lawyers' Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
