About Sean

Sean Lewis is a partner at Lenczner Slaght whose litigation practice touches commercial disputes, employment issues, construction matters and professional regulation. That range gives him a broad base of experience to draw on both in court and when advising clients. He acts for individuals, corporations and partnerships in industries such as healthcare, real estate development and professional services, and regularly defends physicians in regulatory and negligence proceedings. Sean has appeared before courts in Ontario, British Columbia and Nova Scotia, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada and various administrative tribunals. He earned his JD with distinction from Western University in 2017, an MA from York University, and a BA (Honours) from Western, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018.
