About Scott
Scott Snider appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Joint Board, and the appeal tribunal for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and he represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario. He spent over 30 years teaching environmental and planning law at the University of Waterloo as an adjunct associate professor. Scott graduated with the Gold Medal from Waterloo's School of Planning before earning his law degree at Osgoode Hall and a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from York University. His practice covers administrative law matters in the municipal and agricultural spheres, including land development approvals, environmental approvals, and resource management hearings.
