About Jessica
Jessica De Marinis is an associate at the Hamilton office of TMA Law, practicing in land use planning and development law. She has appeared before a range of courts and tribunals in Ontario and at the federal level, and takes on speaking and leadership roles at continuing professional development events related to her practice. Jessica previously taught Contracts Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution as an instructor in the paralegal program at Mohawk College. Before joining TMA Law, she gained experience at a test-case litigation clinic and at a mid-sized Hamilton firm.
