Scott MacKenzie practices in the firm's litigation group, focusing on civil litigation matters including contractual disputes, fraud, negligence, and wrongful dismissal claims. Before joining Caron & Partners LLP, he worked at a multi-provincial firm across several areas of law, including securities, special financing, mergers and acquisitions, Aboriginal law, and ESG advisory work. He has worked on matters before all levels of court in Alberta and regularly appears before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta.
