About Scott
Scott Johnston was born in Russell, Manitoba, and raised in Carman, where he graduated from Carman Collegiate in 1984. He attended the University of Manitoba, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1993, then articled in Dauphin with the law firm Johnston and Company, becoming a partner there in 1995. Johnston moved back to Carman in 2011 and joined Bob McCulloch and Tom Mooney, at which point the firm was renamed McCulloch Mooney Johnston LLP. He currently serves as Vice President of the Carman Chamber of Commerce and President of the Golden Prairie Arts Council.
