About Waldy

Waldy Derksen has practiced law on Henderson Highway in North Kildonan since 1981. He ran his own firm, Derksen Law, from 1981 until it became associated with PKF Lawyers in July 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg and his law degree from the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law in 1980, articling at Legal Aid Manitoba. His practice centres on wills and estates, real estate, and business law, with additional experience in criminal, family, and personal injury matters, and he has taught at Red River College's legal assistant program.
