About Thomas

Thomas Frohlinger has been in private practice since 1981 and became a named principal of the firm in 2000. Before law, he earned an honours degree in geology from McGill University and a master's in structural geology from the University of Manitoba, then worked for Manitoba's Department of Mines, heading the province's mineral administration in the 1970s. His practice focuses on entrepreneurial and commercial law, northern development, administrative law, and construction litigation. He has lectured widely for the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law and was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year for Western Canada's professional services category in 2004 and 2018, and serves as Honorary Consul of Hungary.
