James Gorkoff is Of Counsel at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office with extensive real property experience in corporate financing, purchase and sale negotiations, due diligence, and planning issues. His practice also covers general commercial law, corporate organization, ISC registration, construction contracts, and builder's lien issues. He joined the firm as a partner in 2006 and moved to Of Counsel status in 2024. James earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 1982 and his law degree from the College of Law in 1994.
