About Scott
Scott Chimuk is counsel whose practice centres on complex commercial disputes, including construction, regulatory, shareholder and contractual matters, as well as restructuring and insolvency disputes. He aims for timely, cost-effective resolutions while remaining prepared to take matters to trial, and has served as lead counsel in numerous trials, hearings and arbitrations. His regulatory work includes anti-corruption investigations and hearings involving realtors and brokers, and he trains arbitrators and hearing panellists. Scott was called to the Manitoba bar in 2007 and the Alberta bar in 2008. He holds a law degree from the University of Manitoba and a BA (Honours) from Queen's University.
