About Savina
Savina Sohi is a partner in Waterstone's Abbotsford and Langley offices practising mainly in general civil litigation, corporate commercial litigation and family law. She represents individuals and companies at various levels of court, including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and also uses negotiation, mediation and arbitration to resolve disputes. Her civil and commercial litigation files include business disputes, debt claims, contract issues, shareholder disputes, foreclosures and construction disputes, while her family law practice covers property and debt division, parenting arrangements, and child and spousal support. Sohi earned a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in 2011 and a JD from Bond University in 2014, and was called to the bar in 2015.
