About Sarina
Sarina Nezhadian is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, focusing primarily on civil litigation with additional work in criminal and regulatory matters. She articled at Metrolinx, gaining exposure to a range of practice areas, and went on to work as Legal Counsel in the organization's litigation group, handling high-profile construction claims, defamation, personal injury, and employment disputes. Drawing on her criminal law background, she was a summer student under the mentorship of Alan D. Gold and later worked as a legal assistant to several sole practitioners, gaining courtroom exposure at every level of court in Ontario. She earned her law degree with cum laude standing through the joint Dual JD program offered by the University of Windsor together with the University of Detroit Mercy, where she was named Top Oralist at the Transnational Law Moot Court Competition. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 and is fluent in Farsi.
