About Sarah

Sarah Weber represents estate administrators, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, co-owners of property, and committee applicants in disputes over will challenges, trust variations, power of attorney abuse, and trustee breach claims. She earned her BA in English and secondary education from Bellarmine University in 2006 and her JD from the University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2009, and is admitted in both Kentucky (2009) and British Columbia (2014). She holds associate membership with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and serves as a Provincial Council Representative for the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch.
