About Cole
Cole Rodocker is a partner at Hamilton Duncan and chair of the Civil & Commercial Litigation group, focusing principally on commercial litigation such as shareholder and business disputes, with substantial experience in real estate and construction litigation. He received his J.D. from Thompson Rivers University in 2016, graduating as the Law Society of BC's Gold Medalist for his class, and clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia before being called to the bar. He continues to work with Access Pro Bono to increase access to justice.
