About Khash

Khash Hemmati joined McQuarrie's estate and trust litigation group after working as litigation counsel at a boutique Vancouver firm specializing in family and immigration law. He has appeared before BC's Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. Before law school he clerked at Surrey Provincial Court and researched architectural history at Harvard, the Library of Congress, and the UK National Archives for his master's thesis, and he was recognized as top-performing first-year student at the University of Southampton.
