About Anand
Anand Athiviraham is a partner and chair of Hamilton Duncan's Corporate & Commercial Law Group, with clients ranging from professionals and banks to small and large enterprises. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, and commercial agreements, and is also active in real estate transactions, business succession, and tax-driven estate planning. Having founded and managed his own e-commerce company for over 20 years, he has a strong background in technology law and advises tech startups and entrepreneurs. He practised for over a decade with firms in Vancouver and Victoria before joining Hamilton Duncan in 2023 to practise in Surrey, where he lives.
