About Sarah

Sarah O'Keefe is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Saint John office, practising in corporate, tax, estate planning and construction law. She focuses on building long-lasting client relationships through clear communication and personalized legal solutions, and has guided numerous business owners through tax and estate planning matters. In construction, she has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts, including design and supply agreements, for private and government clients, and she also assists clients with estate planning matters such as trust creation and probate administration. Sarah earned her LL.B. from the University of Sussex and holds bar admissions in Newfoundland and Labrador (2018), Alberta (2021) and New Brunswick (2024).
