About Eleanor

Eleanor Surajballi is a family lawyer with international legal experience, currently practising in British Columbia. Formerly admitted to the Queensland Bar in Australia, she brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective to family law matters, particularly those involving property division and financial settlements, drawing on additional experience in real estate law and civil litigation. Her family law practice covers separation and divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, and international family matters, and she uses both courtroom advocacy and negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes. Surajballi holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (2009) and a J.D. from Bond University (2011), and was called to the bar in Queensland in 2013 and in British Columbia in 2020.
