About Sarah
Sarah Di Liello is an associate lawyer at Nelligan Law, practising in the firm's Employment group since joining in 2025. Her work covers wrongful dismissals, human rights, and workplace investigations, and she advises both employers and employees. Before joining the firm, Di Liello worked as a criminal defence lawyer and later practised employment law at a large national firm and a regional firm in Western Canada, after beginning her career in human resources. Given that background, she has a particular interest in advising employees and executives accused of workplace misconduct, including allegations of theft, fraud, and embezzlement.
