About Sarah

Sarah Boyle is a partner in the Family Law Group who advises on the full range of family law matters, including separation, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. She is known for managing high-net-worth files involving complex parenting, property and support issues, as well as intergenerational wealth transfers and interjurisdictional disputes. When cases cannot settle out of court, Sarah assesses which dispute resolution forum best suits her clients, and she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal. She serves as editor-in-chief of a resource on advising family owned businesses. Sarah was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016 after earning her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and holds an MSc and BA with Honours from the University of Toronto.
