About Michael

Michael Buccioni is a partner at Laishley Reed LLP whose practice covers a broad range of commercial and civil litigation within a business law context. He focuses on employment matters such as wrongful dismissal, along with shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, defamation, commercial tenancy, and franchise and brokerage disputes. Before joining Laishley Reed he was managing partner at a full-service Toronto firm and had earlier run the litigation department of a boutique firm downtown. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1992, holds an LLB from the University of Western Ontario, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian-Italian Business Professionals Association.
