About Sara
Sara Baum is a partner whose practice focuses on defending tort claims and statutory accident benefits, largely before the Licence Appeal Tribunal. She joined the firm in 2019 after articling at a Toronto insurance defence boutique, and her work also covers priority and loss transfer disputes, motor vehicle claims and occupiers' liability. Sara earned her J.D. from Queen's University in 2018, graduating on the Dean's Honour List, and volunteered as a caseworker with Queen's Legal Aid representing low-income Kingston residents. She holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
