About Daniel
Daniel Stober is a partner in the Private Client Services Group at Torkin Manes, where he advises on estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters. He helps clients prepare and update wills, powers of attorney, and trusts, and he guides executors and trustees through the probate process, including applying for Certificates of Appointment of Estate Trustee. He also represents beneficiaries and advises them on their entitlements under an estate or trust. Daniel takes time to understand each client's family situation before recommending a plan, and often works alongside accountants, financial advisors, and insurance professionals on a file. He holds a JD from Western University and a bachelor's and master's degree from Queen's University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the TEP designation.
