Sangey Tsering

About Sangey

Sangey's practice covers litigation and dispute resolution, insurance law, family law and wills and estate law. He joined Buset LLP as a law student and completed his practice placement with the firm before becoming an associate following his call to the bar in 2024. Sangey earned his JD from Lakehead University's Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and his undergraduate degree with Honours in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Toronto. Before practising law, he worked on Parliament Hill as a Legislative Assistant and as a community organizer for immigrant communities in Toronto, and during law school served as Director of the Asian Law Students Association.
