About James

James Garofalo graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1983. He practises in several areas of law, including wills and estates and real estate law, with particular specialization in employment and labour law, corporate and commercial law, and business law, and he often advises physicians, dentists, architects, and other professionals on incorporation matters. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, he has served on numerous boards and associations, including the Thunder Bay Law Association, the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra, the Thunder Bay Branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Consent and Capacity Review Board.
