About Sandra

Sandra Guarascio is a partner at Roper Greyell and a member of its management committee, practising in employment and labour law with a focus on human rights and respectful workplace issues. She works with public and private sector employers on management-side representation, workplace investigations, accommodation, disability management, and collective agreement administration. She is an instructor with the Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Services and a guest lecturer at BCIT, and co-chairs the CLE Human Rights Conference. She holds a BA in Political Science and an LLB, both from the University of Victoria, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2002.
