About Sandra
Sandra Foweraker brings over 25 years of general litigation experience with an emphasis on commercial matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, administrative law, professional regulation and governance, and employment law. She has appeared before all British Columbia court levels and participates in domestic and international arbitrations. She was a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada under Justice McIntyre and Justice McLachlin, a three-year Law Foundation Scholar at the University of Victoria law school, and a Commonwealth Scholarship recipient for her studies at Cambridge University. She holds an LLB (1988) and a BA (1985) from the University of Victoria and an LLM from Cambridge University (1991), was called to the bar in 1990, and is recognized as a Canada Litigation Star.
