About Sana

Sana Fatima is drawn to human rights work, which has shaped a path as a lawyer. Sana joined PST to work alongside Indigenous Nations as they assert their rights and self-determination, using advocacy to pursue meaningful change. That approach centres on listening closely, understanding each Nation's history and laws, and helping build solutions that reflect their voices and priorities. Sana holds an LLL and JD from the University of Ottawa and an HBA from Western University, and is admitted to the bar in Ontario and Yukon.
