About Erik

Erik P. Masse became a partner at the firm in 2025, concentrating on insurance law and civil liability matters, including general liability and manufacturer's liability claims. He regularly represents insurers in proceedings that reach the Supreme Court of Canada and is often retained on aviation liability files given his background as a licensed private pilot. Erik also handles commercial and real estate litigation as well as shareholder disputes. He earned his law degree from the Université de Montréal and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1998. Erik teaches at the Barreau's professional training school and lectures at McGill University. He practises in both French and English.
