About Samuel

Sam Nash is a partner at George Street Law and leads its Commercial Litigation Group, acting as trial and appellate counsel for companies and individuals in complex disputes. He appears at all levels of court and before various administrative tribunals, and his commercial file load includes partnership and shareholder disputes, construction and lien litigation, contract and commercial lease disputes, real estate disagreements, and fraudulent transactions. In his estates litigation work, Sam assists clients with contested wills and powers of attorney, trustee removal applications, and guardianship matters, and has served as Section 3 counsel. He's involved with the Hamilton Law Association, the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders' Association, and the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.
