Alyson M. Sweetlove heads George Street Law Group's Wills, Estates & Trusts group, advising clients on straightforward estates as well as those with complex assets and difficult family situations. Much of her work involves guiding executors, trustees and attorneys under a Power of Attorney through their fiduciary duties and the day-to-day administration of estates and trusts. She also helps clients draft wills and powers of attorney, and works with various trusts, guardianship applications and passing of accounts. Alyson has focused on estates and trusts since her call to the bar in 2004, and she holds a B.A. in Sociology and an LL.B., both from Western University. She is involved with the Hamilton Law Association's Estates & Trusts subcommittee and several community organizations in Burlington.
