Chris D. Rogers
Chris heads the Business, Corporate & Commercial Law group and advises a range of businesses, from entrepreneurs and family businesses to large private companies. His practice covers start-up and incorporation, financing and secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial agreements. He studied at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, earning both a J.D. and M.B.A. in 2006 and an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law in 2010. He was called to the bar in 2007.
