About Brad

Brad is a litigation lawyer whose practice has focused on estate, trust, and capacity litigation since 2006. His work includes will challenges, estate trustee disputes, trust variations, passing of accounts, dependent relief claims, and guardianship applications. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2004 and has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
