About Bardia

Bardia Afzali founded BA Legal after starting his career at leading international professional services firms. His practice focuses on domestic and international tax planning, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing, cash repatriation and deployment strategies, IP migration and structuring, and tax dispute resolution, along with general business, corporate, and real estate law. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke, a diploma in French and European law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), and a Master of Taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke, plus in-depth CPA Canada certifications in corporate reorganizations and international tax. He was admitted to the Quebec bar in 2014.
