About Josée

Josée Béliveau practises commercial real estate law, with expertise in leasing, layout and development of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties. As external corporate counsel, Béliveau has worked for many years with real estate and asset management teams, including financial institutions, developers and property managers across Canada. At Delegatus, Béliveau has contributed to in-house mandates with Mouvement Desjardins through the Desjardins Real Estate Group and the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec. Béliveau previously served as in-house legal advisor at The Jean Coutu Group, RONA, Metro, SITQ, Yellow Group and the Communauté urbaine de Montréal, and as Head of Legal Affairs, Operations for Ivanhoe Cambridge. Béliveau holds an LL.L. in civil law from the University of Ottawa.
