About Andrew
Andrew W. Aziz practices in corporate and securities law with a focus on investment funds, private equity funds and financial institutions. He advises on fund formation and capital raising for both public and private funds, and has worked on structures new to the market. Aziz also advises on mergers and acquisitions involving financial services companies, as well as mergers and restructurings of investment funds. He is recognized by Chambers Canada for his work in investment funds and fund formation. Aziz holds a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
