About Sameena
Sameena Sarangi is a partner with Osler's Financial Services Group, based in Calgary. Sameena advises lenders and borrowers on a range of debt financing transactions, both syndicated and bilateral, spanning acquisition financings, cross-border deals, project financings, asset-based lending, and real estate transactions. Sameena also advises clients on various corporate and commercial matters. Before joining Osler, Sameena was a partner at another Canadian law firm. Sameena's recent matters include advising a syndicate of underwriters on a senior secured notes offering for Bonterra Energy and advising Chevron Canada on the sale of its interests in two major oil and gas projects.
