About Diane

Diane takes a direct, no-nonsense approach to advocating for a fair resolution for her clients in complicated family situations. She has more than 25 years of litigation and appellate experience and is described as a foundational figure at Daunais McKay & Harms. She has co-authored legal articles, instructed CPLED and Trial Advocacy courses, and received a Contribution Award from the Alberta Law Society in 2012. She has been listed in Best Lawyers International since 2012 and was appointed Queen's Counsel (now King's Counsel) in 2016.
