About Samantha
Samantha Hale is an associate at Lenczner Slaght with a wide-ranging litigation practice covering commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, public law proceedings, and professional liability claims. She has represented governments, regulated professionals, and public and private companies in complex multi-party matters, and has argued before the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She graduated as Gold Medalist and Valedictorian from the University of Windsor's law program, completing a Master of Social Work alongside her JD. Samantha clerked for Justice Suzanne Cote at the Supreme Court of Canada and for the judges of the Divisional Court. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 and earlier earned a BA in Canadian Studies from McGill University.
